1. When you are in the specific screen which you desire to take Screenshot, Press the Back button in right bottom and hold it. While holding Back button now press Home button in the middle. You will hear a capture sound and in moment it will appear Screen captured. Save as image file
2. Go in the Gallery app there is a new folder called Screen Capture. Open it, you will see the captured image.

وبعض الصفات الممكن تكون انطربرونيه وهى انى ما بحبش حد يتحكم  فيا او يدينى اوامر مش مقنعه  بحس أنى مقيد او مش بفكر بنفذ وخلاص علشان لازم انفذ المطلوب وخلاص, ليا صديق عزيز عليه اشتغلنا مع بعض اكثر من سنتين وكان فريق عمل جميل جدآ وزعلت فعلآ لما سبت هذا الفريق ولكن مفيش حاجه بتفضل على حالها :)   ولكن الصداقه كنز لا يفنى, كان بيقولى جمله لذيذه  قوى كل لما كنت اجى اشتغل او اعدل فى جزئيه فى موقع او حاجه أعملها مجرد انها مطلوبه وخلاص ومش عجبانى التعديل ده او مش فاهم هو ليه كان بيقولى

لما تكون شغال موظف فى شركه ويجى مديرك فى الشغل يطلب منك شغل خد نفذ دى وأعمل دى لا دى مش عجبانى لا دى مش كدا لا غيرها شيلها ويسلام بعد لما تتعب وتعمل الشغل يجى يقلق بعد اسبوع او ينام ويصحى من النوم لالالا بص احنا هنغير الموقع كله ونعمل موقع جديد, طيب يا فندم حضرتك ليه منفذناش كل حاجه من الأول بدل منغير كل شويه ونهد ونبنى تانى !! اصله كدا هيبقى افضل اصله احنا عايزين وتخشلك بقى تهد وتبنى وتهد وتبنى مهو انت موجود معاه يا ترى هيسيبك :) , طبعآ مش هيكون ادامك غير انك تقول طيب حاضر مره والتانيه ومش هتخلص طول مأنت موجود هتعد تهد وتبنى لحد لما تفكر وتقول مش عايز أكون موظف تانى وربنا يبعتلك الفرصه التى تقرر فيها التخلص من العمل كموظف فى شركه بدون اى مقدمات وترك الجمل بما حمل وكل هذا بتوفيق من الله أولآ وأخيرآ طبعآ ومن هنا تبتدأ المغامرات الانطربرونية  فى ان تعطى شكل أخر لحياتى وبدأت هذه المغامرات مع أول مشروع  وبعض من المبرمجين الأصدقاء الذى لهم دور أيجابى فى نجاح هذا المشروع وسوف اتكلم بالتفصيل عن هذه المهمه فى 4 تدوينات اخرى أنشاء الله

أكتب وقول يا قلمى عن ثورة شباب كدا من بلدى

حددوها كدا بليل ونفذوها كدا علطول لأسقاط نظام غادر وهمجى لكن الزمان ما أملهمش كان بينهم كفره ومجرمين وبلطجيه كانوا مسجونين وخونه كانوا مدسوسين خلو المكان أثم وأليم ضربوا وخربوا فى الميادين وحرقوا كل شئ حلو وجميل وضاعت ثمرة ثورة شباب بلدى

أكتب وقول يا قلمى عن ثوره شباب كدا بلدى

شباب مخلص وأمين لكن يد الغادر كانت خافيه تبطش كل شئ حلو وجميل والغدر كان مدبر من كل الاعداء حماكى يا مصر رب العباد الذى ذكركى فى كل الامجاد

أكتب وقول يا قلمى عن ثوره شباب كدا بلدى

والنهايه ظهرت والله ظهرت قوه وعزيمه شباب بلدى واننا شباب لن نقبل الهزيمه وكانت نهايتنا تعيش مصر ويسقط الفساد وكفايه يا مبارك كذب واخاديع وقول للزيك اليفكر يكبر دماغه يخلى باله قبل ميفكر يكبرها علشان مصر فوق الجميع ومينفعش اليمسكها يسيب دماغه لحد متكبر وتفرقع زى البلالين

كرامه الشعب المصرى فوق كل شئ

I like so much to wake up early, Because there are more benefits of waking up early in the morning, when you wake up early in the morning lets say 6:00, you got plenty of time to do the stuff even if u slept for 7-8 hours. If you used to wake up at 8 or later, then you might always be in a hurry of maybe going to work or Univ etc..  . And when we wake up early in the morning, we get enough time to do some exercise or if not exercise just a walk in the morning which can be very good for the health. I can say that for sure that those people who go for a walk especially in the morning. These days old people are healthier then us due to the fact that during their time they did all the things needed to keep them fit and while we wake up late in the morning, go to university or work, come back and sit on the sofa just in front of the TV and eat more fat food like ma7shy :) , How we supposed to be if we stay like this, When you wake up early in the morning, you stay fresh for the rest of the day. Thats a fact and if you don’t believe me try it out yourself. This is the reason some people say that 6 hours sleep of night is better then 12 hours sleep :( of day. So this is another great benefit of waking up early in the morning.by the way , It’s quick benefit but there are more things we can do ;)

sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer
