More Benefits of Waking up Early in The Morning

Good Morning,

I like so much to wake up early, Because there are more benefits of waking up early in the morning, when you wake up early in the morning lets say 6:00, you got plenty of time to do the stuff even if u slept for 7-8 hours. If you used to wake up at 8 or later, then you might always be in a hurry of maybe going to work or Univ etc..  . And when we wake up early in the morning, we get enough time to do some exercise or if not exercise just a walk in the morning which can be very good for the health. I can say that for sure that those people who go for a walk especially in the morning. These days old people are healthier then us due to the fact that during their time they did all the things needed to keep them fit and healthy while we wake up late in the morning, go to university or work, come back and sit on the sofa just in front of the TV and eat more fat food like ma7shy :), How we supposed to be healthy if we stay like this, When you wake up early in the morning, you stay fresh for the rest of the day. Thats a fact and if you don’t believe me try it out yourself. This is the reason some people say that 6 hours sleep of night is better then 12 hours sleep 🙁 of day. So this is another great benefit of waking up early in the the way , It’s quick benefit but there are more things we can do 😉
